Doc Henry Posted January 23, 2016 Author Share #10041 Posted January 23, 2016 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Well spotted—Velvia 100. Still have about twenty rolls left, but I'll have to buy and figure out E6 kits before I use them. I think the last processing place in Toronto shut down a couple of years ago. C. Chris is sure to have something to shoot for at least 1 year, although there is currently a storm in the eastern United States and also Canada I think ! In France , there is not yet "SnowZilla" isn't Chris, Adam and Steve ? Doc Henry Posted January 23, 2016 Author Share #10043 Posted January 23, 2016 Thank you for your kind words, Henry! It is indeed a great experience to go out with this old gear and to then bring back some good pictures. Though the Barnack's are not that convenient (i.e. compared to the later M's) it is a joy to handle them, sturdy and reliable as they are. In contrast to my oldest camera comes another picture out of a cheap plastic sibling - my Rollei Prego micron: Bild-1-286.jpg Film: Kodak Gold 200 Btw, I bought another camera today: a Ricoh GR1s James , I like much these colors, very soft , brilliant and also warm Very relaxing color Best Henry
lleo Posted January 23, 2016 Share #10044 Posted January 23, 2016 Chris , SUPERB color and b&w Which film for color ? Fuji ? Thanks for sharing Chris Best Henry I agree with Doc, Chris. Those two are my favourites. And the first, in special way, should be put on the wall all over the world. Doc Henry Posted January 23, 2016 Author Share #10055 Posted January 23, 2016 (edited) Same here for Velvia 50... Still got 6 films ready for processing, just to find out that's almost impossible here in Iceland [emoji16]... Anyone with tips how to develop them with the Tetanal kit? Otherwise stated: any easy tips on keeping the right temperature on developing? I don't have a jobo processor or something, just a lot of warm tap water.... CW the process is almost the same as for the negative C41. I has already developed all my negative myself I must do the test soon with E6. I know that Gary(GS) already do it himself for his slides http://www.photostock.fr/e6-5l-tetenal,fr,4,E6_25L.cfm Best Henry Edited January 23, 2016 by Doc Henry
