Suede Posted December 13, 2015 Share #8514 Posted December 13, 2015 Going further in the pastoral vein, here is another . . . Sparkassenkunde Posted December 13, 2015 Share #8515 Posted December 13, 2015 Western Wall, Jerusalem M3, 50mm DR summicron, Cinestill 800 pushed 2 stops... This one really stands out - great work! When I visited the Western Wall, I was discreetly but firmly pointed to not use my cameras - so how come you where able to this picture? Did you ask for permission? Do you mind cropping it to get away with this white spot in the upper right corner?

A miller Posted December 13, 2015 Share #8518 Posted December 13, 2015 (edited) Pushed two stops??? wow, nice Indeed, thank you. It is worth noting that I have tried to have analog C41 prints made of some of these photos and the negatives were simply too thin to capture the same image that I was able to get from the digitized process. That was a learning experience for me as I had thought the opposite.. Here is one from the same roll that I really like but that didn't come out adequately in the darkroom... Welcome, dear visitor! When I visited the Western Wall, I was discreetly but firmly pointed to not use my cameras - so how come you where able to this picture? Did you ask for permission? Do you mind cropping it to get away with this white spot in the upper right corner? Good eye. Easy fix. Thanks. I didn't ask for permission for this one but I wouldn't hesitate to ask if I felt that there was a good photo opportunity.
