Here's a contre-jour that didn't turn out as expected ;)  I will revisit this motive with b&w film later in the fall/winter though.

The first time I tried to develop a colour film at home I made two mistakes - I used Ektar 100, which is sometimes a bit odd in the colours produced, and I shot it indoors under fluorescent light. I completely forgot that which I knew so many years ago, that artificial light required a special film. Recently I used a Fuji Superia 400 under fluorescent light and got acceptable colours (it claims to have a fourth layer in the emulsion that permits this). So today I go and take a Portra 400 to work and shoot some portraits under fluorescent light - doh! I can see I'm going to be spending a long time with the eyedropper looking for some neutral spots this afternoon.....

Short boat ride and some photos of Creeks * called "Calanques" , diving is the ideal place, the water is blue and sea life is very rich

(protected seaside because of fire risk due to pine trees and drought ) , diving allowed but seaside closed to the public.

...  all this really has charm and makes us to live "simply"

Kodak TX400 (Dev home lab : Ilfotech HC 3mn 30)

I like the very deep black of this film. And you ?

and also the dynamic of film between light and shade with all details :)
