wlaidlaw Posted March 6, 2015 Share #3501 Posted March 6, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Henry, looking at the first photo of the front part of the car I'm almost sure it's a Jaguar SS. Never seen one without doors though and usually in a better 'classical' state. edit: Ok, thought about it. Risking humiliation now but I'm going for SS100. God I hope I'm not too far off now! I think it is a Bentley Mark VI special. Those wheels were the common fitment to those cars - maybe Tech-Del or Woolfrace ones. They were made by various folks in the UK in the 1960's to early 80's, when you could pick up a rusty Mark VI for pocket change. Some were also made on the earlier 3.5 or 4.25L pre-war Bentleys but the prices of these started to climb earlier than the post war Mark VI cars. Doc Henry Posted March 6, 2015 Author Share #3502 Posted March 6, 2015 Judging by the hood ornament it could be a Plymouth. Pete. After the reply of Pete, I searched for an hour models but I have not found. It's not easy but I admit that the Plymouth style is special for 2 doors coupes, very low a little heavy and Pete may be right. 1933 PLYMOUTH VINTAGE RACE CAR - Barrett-Jackson Auction Company - World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions or here: http://www.leftcoastclassics.com/SOLD/1937-plymouth-coupe/ Pete and Robert you are still talented Best Henry

IMHO they really need decent wire wheels to look right here is a slightly better looking one https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7999761/cars_s1690.jpg Wilson

Doc Henry Posted March 7, 2015 Author Share #3512 Posted March 7, 2015 (edited) Adam, your picture reminds me a famous apocalypse movie where we see the Brooklyn Bridge Keith, nice picture that also reminds me black series thriller Beautiful composition I did today street pictures with my Macro Elmar 90 very discreet and light in comparison with 28 mm .... photos will be developed and you'll give me your opinion Already a first impression, much easier to take people with their expression at the "decisive moment" . I get ready and I shoot and people do notice anything Best Henry Edited March 7, 2015 by Doc Henry
