Lovely light and very crisp.

 

Reminds me of spending much time in the Adirondacks in "another life".

 

Nothing tastes quite like fresh maple candy right off the ice.

 

Just realized that your original post is from April which makes a lot more sense to me than boiling down the syrup in late June. I know that spring arrives a bit late in Quebec, but that had me puzzled. :-)
