wmyowell Posted April 27, 2013 Share #1 Posted April 27, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) When I upgraded my computer from Windows 32-bit to Windows 64-bit, I lost a lot of programs, including the Lightroom that was "included" with my D-Lux 5. Could some one direct me to the site where I can download it? Thanks, Bill Yowell

jaapv Posted April 29, 2013 Share #3 Posted April 29, 2013 Hopefully you registered LR with Adobe when you installed it. In that case you can go to the Adobe site, deactivate the lost installation, download the program and reactivate it with the number you can find on the Adobe site. wmyowell Posted April 29, 2013 Author Share #4 Posted April 29, 2013 Karl and Jaap, Thank you both for your replies. Yesterday I went to the Owners' area, but when I tried to install, a message stated that I had already installed. I contacted customer service and received a reply today (that was fast) from Ansgar Wehnge at Leica AG informing me that my download limit had been reset. So I downloaded Lightroom and about the time I opened it I received another email with the serial number. So I am all set and really appreciate your help.
