Is there a hole for the little blue dot to see through?  I calculate that you get down to less than 40 cm distance at the quoted 1:3 limiting magnification. Do the goggles give you parallax correction for that close, and do you find the slightly different angle of view from the viewfinder is enough of a problem to deter the serious bug and flower hunter?  cheers,  scott  Hi Scott, in the kit you get the entire set-up - end to end including the right angle finder. There is no hole - it has not been revised for the M8 The goggles are designed for full frame thus you have to pay attention but it is not a big deal and if you are into even less of deal. One can hope that Leica might consider an adapter that has been revised for the M8 but that is not likely a priority at this point. However this work pretty well.  Cheers. Terry. I have no idea why I did that but what the heck it was very inexpensive, indeed the shipping was more than the outfit.  I just got around to trying it on the M8. I put a VC LTM to M mount on it so I could mount the M8. On the other end I put a 50mm F1.5 VC Nokton which is an LTM lens. I set the lens to infinity and F8 and used the A6 extension setup (it comes with three tubes). I tethered the M8 to my laptop and had some fun. What is old is new again...as we are discovering with things like the Visoflex, etc. This is nothing special, but you get the idea. I would guess to manufacture BOOWU today would make it worth a bunch of money. It is built like a tank.  Cheers. Terry. Welcome, dear visitor! For me, the F4 is not a big problem and it does make a super compact travel companion. Along with my 35 cron and CV15, you can pretty much put everything in pockets.
