wlaidlaw Posted April 26, 2013 Share #23 Posted April 26, 2013 Steve, There is a fix for this. You have to archive any images outside Capture One Session or Libraries. Then delete any sessions and/or libraries. De-authorise your copy of the program app and then delete the app. Delete the Capture One folder and any preferences, log and other files in application support and preferences both in user and root libraries. Look for files named both Phase and Capture to check all trace of C1 is removed from your computer. Then reinstall from a fresh copy downloaded from Phase One's website. You will need to re-enter your serial number. If you have lost this, there is a section of their website on your log on, to refind it. Wilson Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
