Broadoaker Posted October 8, 2013 Share #101 Posted October 8, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Finger loop, heck. I want the grip the finger loop is made to attach onto. Sod that, I want the camera that the handgrip is meant to attach to that the finger loop is meant to attach to.

photolandscape Posted October 9, 2013 Share #103 Posted October 9, 2013 Assuming I live long enough to take delivery of the basic M handgrip, I assume it replaces the original bottom plate and I would still access the battery and SD card by removing the grip. Looks like the grip screws into tripod mount? Also, if you were 6'1" and had average-sized hands, which of the three finger loop sizes would one order? barjohn Posted October 9, 2013 Share #104 Posted October 9, 2013 No one seems to know and Leica doesn't give any hint on how to determine the right size.

I ordered M and L as my dealer will allow me to walk in the shop with the camera and make the right (comfortable) decision.
marknorton Posted October 9, 2013 Share #106 Posted October 9, 2013 I think most European or US men will need the "L" size, Asian men and European women "M", Asian women "S". Apologies for any unintended stereo-typing. I tried them at Photokina, "L" was the only one which worked for me.
