sfage Posted March 27, 2013 Share #1 Â Posted March 27, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) For me, this composition is (much) more complicated than it seems, upon the surface. I see two groups of 3, of course. They compress in size from the left to the right. But, I also see the movement of the two older men and the woman in the background and a triangle, moving, tilted away from us. Then, I feel the connection between the stillness of the woman upon the iPod, and the moving older man to the right as an intersect, connecting the center and right of the image. So, the geometry that I actually see is: iPod lady is 1, the brother (waving) and sister to the right as 2 and the 3 people walking to the left as 3. Â Amsterdam Centraal | Flickr - Photo Sharing! pauledell Posted March 27, 2013 Share #2 Â Posted March 27, 2013 Excellent composition, separation of tones and crisp sharpness. Â Paul
stuny Posted March 27, 2013 Share #3 Â Posted March 27, 2013 shane - Â this is terrific, though it might be slightly stronger with a tiny rotation to the left. Also, in the future I most strongly urge you to place images directly on the Forum. Many of us will not click through, and it would be our loss. Additionally, fiairly often Flickr images become unavailable.
