Northwest Wanderer Posted February 24, 2013 Author Share #3 Posted February 24, 2013 Thanks Paul. I resized the image and did very little else to it. The sky was like a painting this morning. Just one of those special light moments we all love so much.

k-hawinkler Posted February 24, 2013 Share #5 Posted February 24, 2013 Bill, Interesting cloud formation, great atmosphere! Do you live up there, or did you get up very early and go there? Thanks.
Northwest Wanderer Posted February 24, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted February 24, 2013 K-H, I noticed the interesting light while sitting at my computer so I stepped out onto my deck and grabbed a shot. I'd have used a tripod but too much snow to mess around with. Yup, I've lived in the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area for about 10 years now. I spent most of my working life down in Colorado. Northwest Wanderer Posted February 24, 2013 Author Share #9 Posted February 24, 2013 Been to good grief, ID yet Bill?? ....you have to go their the correct way for the name to capture ya!! It's a real place on up 93.... Yup, I go by there on my way to British Columbia. Almost hit a moose on that stretch of highway near Good Grief. Because of that, it's become a bit of a joke for my wife and I.
