Enrique Santa Posted March 21, 2007 Share #21 Â Posted March 21, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I remember the old forum, even this forum pre M8, and it was more fun. Complaint is fun. More fun than "first pic whit my new M8".
Advertisement Posted March 21, 2007 Posted March 21, 2007 Hi Enrique Santa, Take a look here Too much complaining on this forum?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted March 21, 2007 Share #22 Â Posted March 21, 2007 That's my point. With the current volume of M8 posts threads are flying off the front page. Still, I am happy to browse the D2, D3, V1, and P&S posts. For one thing, I still own a D2, my wife uses a Clux1, and I am keeping track of the D3 developments with a view of using the 4/3 format in the future for long lenses. Not all M8 owners have one-track minds.....
eye4detail Posted March 26, 2007 Share #23 Â Posted March 26, 2007 Maybe there's a message here and Leica *should* be monitoring and responding to more of the forum posts. It seems people here are incredibly loyal to Leica but that the company refuses to acknowledge their loyalty when genuine issues are raised. Â That would cause people to complain, I think. Â Quite frankly, they would be eaten alive by some of the issues posted to this forum if they were another company and didn't have their reputation to fall back on. They really need to take a long hard look at how they service and support customers if they want to survive and grow.
FMB Posted March 26, 2007 Share #24 Â Posted March 26, 2007 I think that many of you, of course much more yonger than I, have not followed the History of Leica. This Company has survived many years without heading the list of professional customers and I hope and expect that the present shareholders will go on preserving the identity of that Company. Â This personality has been so strong that even in 2007, in spite of its size, has been able to launch a camera with so high quality that many companies envy and a lot of no users complain. Â Cheers, Â Francisco.
