Almost a month ago he e-mailed that he was finishing up a camera and two lenses for me, but they haven't shown up. I've written to inquire, but he isn't answering e-mail. I've been a customer for quite a while and have usually heard from him fairly promptly. A friend who wants him to clean one of her lenses has been unable to reach him by phone in the last week or so. It took a couple weeks longer than he estimated, but that's better than most Leica techs. (He did take longer than a year on my M5, until I asked about it when sending a lens for cleaning, and he said to send a note with the lens reminding him about the M5.) Sherry took over a year on one of my lenses, and another tech has had two cameras for over two years... DAG has been the most prompt generally.
