iphoenix Posted September 13, 2012 Share #1 Posted September 13, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have an M1 body which has been CLA'd, with new covering and is in great (you could almost say "as new") condition. I also have an M2 which is very worn and probably needs an expensive overhaul; but it's finder and rangefinder are in excellent condition. Is it a feasible practical and financial proposition to transfer my M2's finder/rangefinder into my M1?

jaapv Posted September 13, 2012 Share #2 Posted September 13, 2012 I don't see why not, but contact your Leica workshop. Here is the workshop manual: http://www.pentax-manuals.com/manuals/service/leica_m2_service.pdf
