What are these photographs for?), I was stopped by some other people that were walking in a group around the train station (what are you doing? What are these photographs for?) and the security guard outside of the art gallery (what are you doing? What are these photographs for?). K, so... do I look like I am engaged in espionage? You are legally allowed to take pictures as long as you are in a public area and not photographing military items. A station is not a public area by the way. Just tell guards/police that you are sorry that they have to tell their boss that you are legally entitled to take pictures here. In a friendly manner of course. Members of the public is a different matter. Sometimes they react the wrong way. Just tell them you are a professional photographer, but that, if it bothers them, you are happy to take pictures later or elsewhere . Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
