Bianchoneri Posted August 9, 2012 Share #1  Posted August 9, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi All,  What is your favourite camera store in the US. I ask because the only store anyone seem to mention is B&H. I ask as I'm interested in importing 35mm film, which is cheaper there than the UK.  Thanks in advance  Ian

rulnacco Posted August 9, 2012 Share #4 Â Posted August 9, 2012 +2 for Freestyle. I'm visiting the family in the US, and I'm stocking up on Tri-X from them. But it's not called Tri-X! The Arista Premium 400 is actually re-badged Tri-X, and at $2.89 for a 36-exposure roll, it's the best deal out there. Messsucherkamera Posted August 10, 2012 Share #5  Posted August 10, 2012 Freestyle is pretty much second to none in terms of film and chemistry offerings.  Other than B&H, I have done business with Tamarkin and Camera West with very good results. rogera Posted August 10, 2012 Share #6 Â Posted August 10, 2012 Tamarkin Photo, Classic Connection Cameras, and of course B&H! All magnificent places and each one has such insight into Leica, whether it be film or digital!

bcentsale Posted August 12, 2012 Share #8 Â Posted August 12, 2012 Just a scant few blocks south and east of B&H, there's also Adorama. I live in Upstate NY, where the only store for hours in any direction that sells cameras is Best Buy, but I'd say I buy in equal parts from those two.
