sanyasi Posted July 21, 2012 Share #1  Posted July 21, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have trouble organizing my filters, particularly when out shooting.  Can anyone recommend a bag or pouch that can hold somewhere between six and nine filters in an organized and padded fashion? I am thinking about travel, where I might take three lenses. In terms of filters, I am referring to circular objects rather than the Lee rectangular objects.  This will become a bigger issue for digital shooters who decide to purchase the new Monochrome camera because of the need for black and white filters (e.g. blue, green, orange, and red). The film folks have been dealing with it for years.  Thanks  Jack Siegel

RobertJRB Posted July 21, 2012 Share #3  Posted July 21, 2012 Yes - B+W have them for six and twelve filters iirc.  I would not recommand the B+W one. Would go for a Marumi (if you can find one) because its smaller, uses velcro instead of pushbuttons, had better padding, better materials and most important has all the openings for the filters at the top.  Here are pictures of the marumi and the B+W. B+W on the right. I placed the left line of filters halfway to show on with side the opening is. As u can see the two top filters on the B+W one are in the other direction than the 4 bottom ones. So you have to keep ik horizontal when open because else the filters can fall out. With the marumi I don't have to.  All filtes in the pictures are 39mm, 46mm and a single 43mm to give u an idea about size.   and
