Perfect Way To Carry Batteries

If you have the Luigi case then you can store batteries in a luigi batter holder which also has room for two SD cards. Everyone thinks you have film in there.

The battery case can be ordered separately.

I carry my batteries in those little black Sandisk memory card wallets that come free with each card. Then i store a SD card in the other pocket and I have a complete little replenishement package I can put in my pocket or attach to something via the key chain thingy.

It looks neat, but it is another thing that slows you down when changing batteries imo. I just have them loose in one pocket of my camera bag. It is something else if a piece needs mechanical protection, like filters. The B&W six-filter carrier is a similar device that is quite useful over loose boxes, for instance.

I run total 7 batteries in two bodies.

My batteries are numbered and I cycle them through the cameras.

At the moment, I use standardized pouches for accessories, to not have them loosely flying around in the bag.

This Think Tank bag will not go in the way, but ease things up, making battery changing quicker:

Sort charged batteries with number label visible in bag.

Put used batteries with label not visible back into the bag.

Simple.

I will buy a few of those - thanks for the tip!

Pleasure - I think for anyone who uses multiple batteries, a batter holder is essential and speeds things up and cuts out errors.

I agree and one is on my list of items to buy. Many thanks Edmond.

This is how I carry my batteries (though not for this camera of course).

One day maybe the battery technology will be so that the battery for the M17 will be that small and last 20,000 shots!!

I have some left over pick and pluck foam from a Pelican Case and it carries my 6 batteries perfectly. It just coincidentally, conveniently and snugly fit one of those small amenity kits pouches you get with long haul flights. The pick and pluck serves perfectly well as it already has the slots in it. You just push it into the groove.
