I am quickly editing and processing images as I like to do a quick edit when I get home.

Thought it would be fun to share them here as a work in progress. Comments and choices are welcome as I'm getting fuzzy headed

(post production is very fast and I know they need work..)

:p thanks for looking.

(Shot with X2..still getting used to the metering system...not feeling it quite yet)

Thanks for looking...It's always the last picture!

(Moderators, please let me know if I am exceeding any limit here. I know most members usually post fewer images per thread) And feel free to delete some of these if it's too many..I would if I could.)

i wouldn´t demolish your series - it´s only my private opinion

i hope you understand

Oh, thank you for saying that but it's not an issue at all. I've never posted so many images at once and I was over zealous in considering opinions to narrow down my choices as I am preparing a video slideshow that needed to be around 30 images.

I don't usually ask for critique here as it's not something I do online or with many people anyway.

I actually do agree with you though. The other images except (maybe) the ones I just posted in another thread are more photojournalistic than the street stuff I want in my portfolio. But I love shooting this way for slideshows I produce.

I had a great day with my X2 and got 1-2 images out of the shoot that might be portfolio worthy...That's a good day to me.

Thanks again for looking.

M -

A delightful series, and leading with #1 I was stunned. At about the same level is the first of the two little girls dancing -- to the same music under the FDR.

Thank you Stuart, I'll send you a link to the slideshow. It was a fun day.

That first image stunned me too. I was amazed at the quality of the image, The sharpness around the eyes. The X2 is just fabulous.

Thanks for the comments and I'll probably post a couple more from yesterday.

#8,

The first one of the two little girls from ground level, that works the best for me. A unique perspective and an entertaining subject.

The rest all have merits as well, especially # 4, although I wish the guys in the background were a bit sharper, the motion blur works for me.

Very nicely seen overall and captured well!

Thank you for looking. I like #4 too. As mentioned these were for a series in which I needed at least 30 images. I was too quick to start posting here as I wasn't done with the edit..It was a really fun day and using the X2 made it even more fun. ;)
