cleaning a collapsible Summicron / Summitar

I've got a 5cm / f2 collapsible Summicron and a Summitar with the same specs. I've hesitated to clean (the front part) because we all know how soft the glass on those is and that you should stay away from it.

but now I bought Leica UVa filters to leave on there as protection and since I don't want to screw those on a lens that is not 100% clean I'd like to know:

what is the best and most harmless way to clean those delicate lenses?

I use some high-grade lens sheets, "Kodak" now Tiffen?

I use a bulb blower to remove dust; dab one sheet of paper with Lens Cleaner- I prefer a ammonia/alchohol cleaner that came with my coated eyeglasses; lightly apply the cleaner; bring in a second sheet to wipe off the cleaner while gently breathing on the front glass to keep the cleaning solution from drying too fast. If the cleaning solution dries too quickly, it can leave streaks.

why does the term "Be gentle with me" come to mind...

You get scratches from not removing debris first step. First blow, then dust. Crud embeds in tissue and scratches.

You can use micro fiber cloth, but you must protect it from getting dirty. Do not keep in a pocket or loose on a camera bag.. If it gets dirty, that new dirt may scratch the lens. Plastic bag works well.
