Â I have used Cornefix for various wides (CV15/4,5, WATE, Zeiss 18/4) on M9 and NEX-5N. I have used the no-profile option on M9 for creating profiles and post. My reasoning (that migh be wrong) is to have as much as possible original RAW files. If post-processing SW improves I will have possibility to post-process again. Â Any thoughts? TIA My CV15 mm is coded as WATE and comes out in DNG as below.  The only part of Cornerfix that could be described as arduous is the profile creation, it can be troublesome, but if you want to get the best out of the lens its worthwhile.  I'm not sure about LR4.1 having a potential solution, if one was to be found I doubt the end result would match that of Cornerfix.  Try using the 21mm f/2.8 Elmarit 11134 profile with the lens and see where you go from there, with my CV 15mm and M9 combination this is the profile that produces the cleanest image, by that I mean less colour shift and vignetting to correct.  Cheers  Jason Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

DFV Posted June 3, 2012 Share #8 Â Posted June 3, 2012 I find both, the CV 12 and CV15, to be a very sweet set of lenses. Although the 12mm needs less post processing than the 15mm. If used correctly both can be a very powerful toll on the M9. Â Great article! Â D. Â P.s. I only wish there was a plugin for LightRoom to make things faster and easier... You and other tester mention the excellent corner sharpness but I find it a bit soft at least in the extreme corners at larger apertures. I have the range finder coupled version and here is an example on the M9 at f/5.6. Look at the sign at the lower left corner for instance. I had expected it to be better but maybe I am expecting too much or could this be a bad sample? From other discussion I understand there might be a larger quality variance for CV lenses. You shoot through a piece of white paper - once, load it into C1 as an LCC profile, and in your PP workflow hit the button to apply the LCC profile as needed.
