Ib M Posted May 10, 2012 Share #1 Posted May 10, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I seemed to get darker prints back from the files I send in when the pictures are from Leica M 9 than when they are from the Canon 5DII and Leica X1 - all files are sent in sRGB, and have also tried to send in Adobe RGB, without the outcome will be different. The pictures look ok on the screen from both the 5DII and Leica Is there something I miss - Uses CS5*

jaapv Posted May 10, 2012 Share #2 Posted May 10, 2012 It appears to me that you need to set up calibrated workflows for the different cameras, including soft proofing.
Ib M Posted May 10, 2012 Author Share #3 Posted May 10, 2012 Hmm, but should it not be the same for both images, respectively, M9 and 5DII I think the same screen, same image profile - where does the difference in the reading of the image along the profile. Of course I can do a setup with a different workflow, but thought it strange that it is necessary when there is the same basically identical except for the camera model Ib M

Ib M Posted May 11, 2012 Author Share #5 Posted May 11, 2012 An online printing service - have tried several with the same result. But it could be I would go more scientific approach, and only try the most expensive. But lean towards that it is my setup is wrong with, just can not figure out where it is Ib M
