Driving back from the salt flats towards Purmamarca in northwestern Argentina, we happend across these vicuna.

Paul - Thank you and like their cousins llamas and guanacos, the all live in or near the Andes, often live in arid regions, and are all "camelids," related to camels.

Thank you. No, no sweaters. We visited Tierra Del Fuego 15 years earlier when we toured just about all of Chilean and Argentine Patagonia plus other places. That was on our 15th anniversary.
