santila Posted January 15, 2012 Share #1 Posted January 15, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Any one know what type processing engine is in the camera? I have the Lux-1 and it did use the VenusIII, where are they now in this camera? Also what size is the lens diameter for any filter purpose, again the Lux-1 have 55mm. Hundreds and hundreds reviews and tech spec's not even one mention these two important elements, not even Leica GMBH. On an other Forum I was asking the same question but so far no answer. farnz Posted January 16, 2012 Share #3 Posted January 16, 2012 ... Also what size is the lens diameter for any filter purpose, again the Lux-1 have 55mm. ... The V-Lux 3 is physically the same camera as the Panasonic DMC-FZ150 and has the same Leica Vario-Elmarit 1:2.8-5.2/4.5-108 asph lens, which takes 52mm filters, so it's fair bet that the V-Lux does too.
