The colour palette is beautiful, the reds are a bit saturated..I like the way you chose the layout. Now for a few pointers..... a 24mm lens for macro work? Maybe its time to look into the R 60mm Macro Elmarit F2.8, I think you'd really enjoy it, get a good one, not a beater thats been through war. The Canon doesn't pick up the colour nuances of the Leica glass, but thats ok too.
