doronski Posted January 12, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted January 12, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Sorry if I am posting in the wrong forum. Â Sending back my M9 and 3 lenses for calibration by Leica. They are all focusing behind the subject. How long does this process usually take? jaapv Posted January 12, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted January 12, 2012 Varies. Why don't you ask Leica?
doronski Posted January 13, 2012 Author Share #3 Â Posted January 13, 2012 I don't even know who to talk to @ Leica. Very difficult to get approximate time frame from my dealer (who is very good I may add.) What are the sort of ranges of time that one could expect? jaapv Posted January 13, 2012 Share #4 Â Posted January 13, 2012 Have a look at Leicas website- it is full of contact information, telephone numbers, e-mails, names, etc. And it has a repair tracking page ( not very good, but it works). And your dealer should be in contact with Leica and give you an estimated turnaround. Anyway, some, me included, have had turnarounds of less than a week, and some, me included again, of several months. Take your pick.
