But you did "shoot your mouth off" instead of making a diplomatic inquiry regarding how and why the restrictions are as they are. You made no attempt to understand the conventions or culture of the group. Instead you launched in into criticism.

Pico, my take on this situation is that in the first place you have quoted FTI out of context where he explained in advance his position before asking the question.

That's just plain rude. I'd say uber-american if I could be certain, but regardless your complaint is simply horribly uninformed or just stupid.''

My view is that perhaps on this point you need a good look in the mirror.

A reminder that all opinions are acceptable, but verbal abuse of members is NOT an option.

So put me in your ignore file or ask that I be banned. You do have such choices. Or thicken you skin and stop acting like a victim. Your choice.

Judging by the diplomacy you would almost think Mr Pico hailed from New York rather than further West.........

Gerry, I am from East of New York. (Is there something wrong with New Yorkers?) I'm from Warwick, Rhode Island. But that was over sixty years ago. I even lost my accent. (Years in England stole it from me!) :o I've lived all over the USA, so call me a mercurial mongrel if you must.

I'm clearly missing something. I've posted a few

(insignificant) photos and 300KB's was plenty.

Lets see, images posted to a web site, probably

viewed on a non-photo aware browser on an

uncalibrated display. Whats the rub? More than

300 KB's is unlikely to improve images much

considering all of the limitations that are likely

in play.
