Oh come on, Guy ... All of us saw you on the Yosemite trip - you're forever cool now!

:)

Darn you, David, now you got me thinking about that dinner shot and Guy's pepper stuffed steak dish......arrrghhh. :D

And yes, that Yosemite trip was the doorway to cool....

NEVER get to one lens EVER. Although i admit when in NY over the Christmas break i did carry one lens all day and it was fun, the 28 cron is certainly a 1 lens camera setup

Black tape counts for a lot.............

It certainly does Scott, I have mine at the ready for that thrashed, lived-in look. Unfortunately I only have the tape, and as yet no camera.

To be smarmy for a moment, you too must have the cool touch which eludes me, for I posted a thread connecting to Mike Johnson's [The Online Photographer] favourable response to the Zeiss 50-mm f2 lens a couple of days ago. In my naivety I thought the article would be of interest to a great many forum readers, but hey; not one bite. The thread is now speeding on it's lonely journey to the forum's Black Hole of the disregarded.

Hahahahah, according to the fact he used a picture of my M8, I must be cool. Whats even funnier is that it has almost double the tape on it now. Pretty much a 360 around the top plate and screen.

That definately screams for a new picture...
