hoppyman Posted November 29, 2011 Share #2 Â Posted November 29, 2011 If you have been unable to find one from an Aussie dealer, you could try an international dealer of course. BHPhoto in New York? I wouls check with Popflash. They are very responsive and helpful and I personally recommend them without reservation. Don't forget to check the forum's own classifieds! Excellent service, prompt delivery, and good prices for accessories compared with Australia. Very helpful if you need to communicate with them directly for something in particular. rodders Posted February 19, 2012 Share #17 Â Posted February 19, 2012 Hi guys, very new to leica but love it. Cannot believe the quallity. Â I shopped around Melbourne and was given $1950 for x1 at camera lane and $1900 at Michaels. Â Both included the view finder - actually one said leica throwing it in which made me think new model around the corner.

Inclusion of the viewfinder does suggest a successor model is over the horizon. But that is conjecture. Your X1 will continue to serve you for a very long time. Enjoy!
