sjefjans Posted November 23, 2011 Share #1 Posted November 23, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) With the Leica R3 goes a motorwinder. I managed to unscrew the winder from the camera and take the battery compartment from the winder and split the holder in two pieces. I suppose there are 6 AA batteries necessary. But I have no idea how to insert them. Please help me to get motorised ;=))
Advertisement Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 Hi sjefjans, Take a look here leica R3 motorwinder. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
earleygallery Posted November 23, 2011 Share #2 Posted November 23, 2011 IIRC the battery holder has little symbols to show which way round the batteries go. Look carefully!
sjefjans Posted November 24, 2011 Author Share #3 Posted November 24, 2011 IIRC the battery holder has little symbols to show which way round the batteries go. Look carefully! I did notice the markings, but there is another confusing thing. On the minus side you normally one finds a little spring, on the plus side there should be just a metal tab. In the battery holder there is one place that has a spring while it is marked with a plus. They should be placed in series I believe. Will have a closer look sometime today. sjefjans Posted November 25, 2011 Author Share #5 Posted November 25, 2011 On the backside of the winder at the right side there is a small button with a white dot beside it. Anybody knows what that's for?
