SF20 and M8

I can't seem to get my SF20 flash to fire on TTL mode with the M8. When I try it on the M7, it seems to work fine, on the M8 it won't fire unless I set it to "A" or "M." On both cameras I set the shutter speed Dial to "A" and the flash to TTL. Am I doing something wrong here? I've looked at the instructions and it doesn't seem like I'm doing anything wrong. Perhaps someone can shed some light on this dilema.

Cheers,

as far as I understand, the sf20 (which I also have) does not work on TTL mode on the M8. THe sf24 (which I don't have) does. That is pretty bad news, as I am starting to feel as if the M8 is like getting a new girlfried and latter on discovering that she already has 5 kids and you have to buy them presents for christmas and birthdays all the time: IR filters, Coding, new flash, new viewfinders (1.33 crop), wider lenses...

Rami,

Upon checking the instructions I realize that they only mention the SF24 for TTL. That was an oversight on my part not to notice that detail, but the mystery is solved. Yes, I am disappointed that Leica produced a camera that won't work with the SF20 Flash on TTL, even if I hardly ever use it, it is reasonable to have this expectation. I won't be upgrading to the SF24. I'll just use it on Automatic mode.
