It was sold as an M6 accessory together with a wrist strap. I had one from new, but stupidly sold it. I could do with another, but would like to be able to set up an eBay search for the number. Two notes: not all include the wrist strap, as people tend to keep that item, and the case only works with an M and a 50/2.8 Elmar or equivalently-sized lens (Gen-3 35, for example).
