khan721 Posted September 3, 2011 Share #1 Posted September 3, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi, I recently got D Lux 5 and I have a quick question about its display. Does the displayed photo automatically rotates as I rotate the camera? (using the accelerometer or whatnot?) To put it simply, does it display like iPhone? Advertisement Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 Hi khan721, Take a look here D-Lux 5 display issue. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jankap Posted September 3, 2011 Share #2 Posted September 3, 2011 My wife proposes, that if you rotate yourself, you don't even have to rotate the camera. A hulla hoop wheel in the right size, perhaps. Jan Sorry it's my message number 222.
ho_co Posted September 3, 2011 Share #3 Posted September 3, 2011 Hello, Khan, and welcome to the forum. The D-Lux 5 has a single viewing mode which makes the best use of the screen. It won't rotate a picture when you rotate the camera. However, there is an item in the playback menu where you can set the camera to rotate images which were made in 'portrait' style and play them back vertically across the short side of the screen.
