This was made in January during the highest high tide of the winter; at this time the rails go to the highest part of the marsh, which at Arrowhead Marsh happens to be next to a boardwalk trail. During the previous winter's highest high tide the rails even sought refuge ON the boardwalk trail. Something has happened to the image. It's missing. Was this via a weblink?
