Michael Geschlecht Posted August 14, 2011 Share #3 Posted August 14, 2011 Hello Gunnar, Yes. First released in 1932 WINTU is an update of the WINKO right angle finder. WINTU allows the simultaneous right angle use of both the rangefinder & the viewfinder of a Leica II. WINKO has only a right angle viewfinder w/ no ability to connect to a rangefinder. The right angle image of both is latterally reversed. WINTU was made in both black & chrome & has a number of variations. The code letters of WINTU were later changed to WOOSU which is how it was cataloged in 1943. Best Regards, Michael
