You can simply unscrew the lens head : it can be a bit hard if it hasn't been done for years, but keeping firmly the front ring and turning it anticlockwise you ought to do it simply (the lens group is, let'say "customer unscrewable"); this gives you access to two glass surface only, of course... if one wants to dismount also the lenses' assembly, 3 glass pieces which include a cemented pair of elements, the job is much more delicate, and I do not know if is easy to be done without proper tools... but someone in the forum can give better infos about.
