Yes, and I can also confirm that customer care still do not respond to their generic published email address. It seems you still have to contact a specific person to get a response. This is indicative of how piss-poor this side of their business really is – is it really so difficult to have a system that at least acknowledges receipt of an email, even if the staff can't be arsed themselves to actually respond?
