DES Posted May 22, 2011 Share #1 Posted May 22, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have just bought an old lens in very good condition, the 200mmTelyt. It fits on to the Viso111 via the oubio, however, it does not centre far enough, i.e. screw on far enough for the depth of field markings to be centered. Can I adjust this myself. does it matter? or should I just forget it and take photos.

luigi bertolotti Posted May 23, 2011 Share #2 Posted May 23, 2011 Is not normal (mine is correctly centered) : can be that the lens has been maintained by a not-too-precise lab... or it could be, on the contrary, an issue on the OUBIO (easy to check if you have some other lens for Viso+oubio). But, luckily, the reflex viewing makes this issue of no great importance... if the Viso in itself is correctly calibrated you have a safe condition : focus on finder=focus on picture... There are 3 little screws around the OUBIO ring to adjust this situation very easily. http://www.summilux.net/visoflex/objectifs/TelytV200-2.jpg
