Back story: In the SF area, in Susuin Bay, there are several dozen Navy mothballed ships awaiting decisions. They have been there for decades, so lead-based paint is peeling. There are no qualified dismantlers/recyclers in the area, so they get towed to Texas, which is quite an undertaking. This one sold for nearly $500,000.00, IIRC. Good riddance!
