I've been hesitant to get this lens because of the "softness" wide open, can anyone share some more images made with this lens?

 

In my opinion, the images in this thread has demonstrated this concern of mine. It has a "fuzzy" feel for me, not that it's not desirable but ... you know, I'd like something sharper.

Great lens--a workhorse to get the moment. And do very cool things with out-of-focus areas.

 

More than sharp enough, IMO--even at f/1.2--for most usual printing and on-screen needs.

The 1,2/35 Nokton is a real treat - both as far as price as well as performance (even wide open) on anything you bolt it to... M8, M9, film... LOVE this lens.
