Auf PhotoRumors.com schreibt "Jon", laut eigener Aussage ein ehemaliger Mitarbeiter von Silicon Film, dass das Digital Modul und die M8 durch Silikon Film zustande kamen: "The Leica Modul-R for the R9 and the M8 came in to being because of Silicon Film. We proved to them that this was technically possible and I was working on the product specs with Leica when Silicon Film folded." Das hatte ich bislang noch nicht gehört.
