Beta Photography Posted April 20, 2011 Share #1 Posted April 20, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, Here I'd like to share some photos taken during Sakura season in Japan. It's really precious season because it doesn't last very long unfortunately...about 1-2 weeks. Hope you guys like it, and please visit Japan because it's still a beautiful country regardless the recent disaster we had recently. Thank you. stuny Posted April 20, 2011 Share #2 Posted April 20, 2011 Beta - A lovely series. A number of years ago we were in Osaka in February and were both surprised and pleased to see flowering trees, and hundreds of photographers out capturing images. Beta Photography Posted April 20, 2011 Author Share #3 Posted April 20, 2011 Beta - A lovely series. A number of years ago we were in Osaka in February and were both surprised and pleased to see flowering trees, and hundreds of photographers out capturing images. Thank you Stuart, and I am glad you like these photos. Yes you are right, when the spring season starts, anywhere in Japan will be blooming with many kind of flowers (specially Sakura, because when Sakura blooms we know that the spring season has started). I am glad you enjoyed your last visit in Osaka, and I hope you can visit another place in Japan again sometimes in the near future :) In addition, I definitely recommend you to visit Nikko (not far from Tokyo) during Autumn season. It's one of the most beautiful place for autumn experience. I have some photos of Nikko, but unfortunately it wasn't taken with my Leica so I can't post it here Rgrds, Beta

Beta Photography Posted April 22, 2011 Author Share #5 Posted April 22, 2011 Beta, A gorgeous set of pictures. While Japan is in many ways, extraordinary in beauty, my heat aches for the people displaced by the disaster and the many lives lost. Paul Thank you Paul, and yes indeed it's been a sad time and experience for all of us in Japan. However, we believe that lives must go on although I know that continuing life without people that you love is extremely hard. That's why all the support from all over the world mean so much for these people. I thank you all for your help and pray as well. Hopefully, disaster area in Tohoku region will recover soon that people there can again continue their lives. Thank you again, and please do visit Japan one day! It will be a heart warming experience :-)) Warm regards, Beta
