pico Posted May 18, 2011 Share #101 Posted May 18, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Happy to have you back. These experiences are emotionally draining (I know) and will take some time to recuperate from. Save your pictures for your private moments in the future, when you can bear to re-open the event. Doug http://www.digoliardi.net/moms1.jpg Above is the most begin of the pictures. More available but they are heart breaking. http://www.digoliardi.net/alishia1.jpg Another that typifies my family, which is multicultural and multiracial (European, Native American (in part my family), South American, Irish and Quebec) is a photo of my eldest niece, Alshia (American/Asian) throwing her grandmother's ashes into the forest her Grandma walked. And there are more pictures but too personal. I am no longer a photojournalist. With respect,] Pico
Advertisement Posted May 18, 2011 Posted May 18, 2011 Hi pico, Take a look here A new (?) ruse in this Forum?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
SJP Posted May 21, 2011 Share #102 Posted May 21, 2011 condolences making pictures at such sad events is still worthwhile, if only to remember ultimately that is what remains anyway, the memory, everything else is just stuff.
markgay Posted June 17, 2011 Share #103 Posted June 17, 2011 Several times in the last weeks I have seen something like this: "Forgive me if this has previously been covered....." Mods? Depends if the mods are open to new thought .. or the voice of history. The more stuck in a rut a site seems, the more it will attract the same old wheels.
