Clifton D-LUX 5 Posted March 27, 2011 Share #1 Â Posted March 27, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) D-Lux 5, F/3.3, 1/640 sec, 100 ISO, cropped and sharpened in LR 3. Taking a stroll through Rifle Camp park in West Paterson, NJ with my son provided some excitement for us both. Â Â Is it ok to link photos this way? I received the email notification regarding links and thought the picture button would no longer be active. I also tried to upload to the site but I can;t seem to get the sizing in LR 3 correct. Advertisement Posted March 27, 2011 Posted March 27, 2011 Hi Clifton D-LUX 5, Take a look here A Walk in the Park. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted March 27, 2011 Share #2 Â Posted March 27, 2011 Clifton - Â Blocking of linking will happen very soon, though I'm not sure when. I've not used Lightfoom but I would imagine there is a "Resize" control. You might want to check the application's help screens for it.
Clifton D-LUX 5 Posted March 27, 2011 Author Share #3 Â Posted March 27, 2011 Thanks Stuart. I did attempt resizing in LR on Export and thought I had the correct parameters. I am obviously doing something wrong though. I did adjust the size in Photobucket so hopefully I got that right.
pauledell Posted March 27, 2011 Share #4 Â Posted March 27, 2011 Excellent captures with the composition, moment , colors and sharpness. I believe cropping the tree at the upper left corner out might improve the strength of the second picture. Â Paul
Clifton D-LUX 5 Posted March 27, 2011 Author Share #5 Â Posted March 27, 2011 Good point Paul and thanks! I was watching the shadow when cropping and hadn't noticed the tree.
