Dan Ryan Posted February 17, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 17, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) Shots from the first roll with the IIIf RD ST. The film was Fuji Superia ISO 200. Metering was with the VCII. The lens was the 35mm Summaron f3.5 LTM - and my example dates from 1951. After just one day I am hooked on this thing. Sorry I don't know how to insert the exposure details at the top of each photo. But, as you can guess, all but the first were at very slow shutter speeds - all on the slow speed dial. It is such a stable machine at these speeds. One other thing. Maybe someone can tell from the shots what scanner was used. It was a different lab to the one used for the beach shots with the M4. They say it is a Durst Sigma (?) Is that A Good Thing? thanks Dan P.S. Henry - your beloved grain in #

Dan Ryan Posted February 19, 2011 Author Share #6 Posted February 19, 2011 thanks Henry - it was not a Plustek - scans were done by the lab that developed the film - their website says that they use a "Durst Sigma scanner" never heard of it Dan
