Is Dan really jobless?? The X1 has stellar IQ coz of its large sensor, and AF is slow but usable for most shots except fast action sports. Leica should have issued FW updates to satisfy that portion of the complaints as soon as possible. Guess they are still furiously pumping out cameras to sell coz sales is certainly the main determinant for success not that any rant here will matter. Better to rake in the money whilst they can. I would do the same if I were them.  I would bet that some if not many of leica's competitors will wish they were leica, a legendary brand having the balls to come out with something like the X1. Looks like fuji has caught on with the notion and is pumping out their version. Hopefully Nikon and canon do the same.  I think being a compact approved for Getty does spell something that Leica is doing right with the X1.  I would love its competitors to all jump on the bandwagon so leica is kept on its toes and we can see better and cooler cameras often.  Bla bla bla bla, its the same song and dance trying to make a wrong write, Lets hope leica has learned a lesson from the X1 forum.
