a.g Posted January 29, 2011 Share #1 Posted January 29, 2011 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have decided to purchase a M7 & am interested in the Leica a la carte program. How long does it usually take to get the camera once you order it? Do all dealers provide this service? Do you have any advice re a la carte?
Advertisement Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 Hi a.g, Take a look here A la carte - how long? what dealer? advice?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
twittle Posted January 29, 2011 Share #2 Posted January 29, 2011 I bought MP from Tony Rose at Popflash a few years ago. He's very helpful, and from what I understand, does a good bit of a-la-carte volume. It took about six weeks from order to delivery. Good luck. Riccis Posted January 29, 2011 Share #4 Posted January 29, 2011 I highly recommend David Farkas (Dale Photo & Digital)... He is a great guy, IMHO, the best dealer in the US and also local to you in Hollywood. Cheers,

spylaw4 Posted January 30, 2011 Share #8 Posted January 30, 2011 Six to eight weeks is the quoted delivery. Premier dealers. You can order your specification online and then state what dealer you want to handle the remainder of the transaction. Seemples!

wattsy Posted January 30, 2011 Share #10 Posted January 30, 2011 Very nice. I came close last week to ordering a very similar MP (only differences being 0.72x and 'M7' angled rewind crank) but decided in the end to pick up a bog standard black paint body.
