Gawain Hewitt Posted November 22, 2010 Share #1 Posted November 22, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, I just bought a vlux 1 used and I am very impressed with it. I notice on the brochure that it claims iso 80-3200, but I can only select iso 100-1600. Am I missing something? Many thanks Gawain
Advertisement Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 Hi Gawain Hewitt, Take a look here Vlux 1 iso 80 and iso 3200?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
leica dream Posted November 22, 2010 Share #2 Posted November 22, 2010 Gawian I too have a Vlux-1 and am delighted, but I'm afraid that 100-1600 is all you get. I have checked the manual (page 85), which offers just 100-1600. Richard
Gawain Hewitt Posted November 22, 2010 Author Share #3 Posted November 22, 2010 Thanks Richard! Great camera, shame about iso, but still a great camera. Got it for £250 with 6 months warranty from ffordes which is a bit of a bargain I think. Gawain
leica dream Posted November 24, 2010 Share #4 Posted November 24, 2010 Gawain I knew I had seen something somewhere. If you look at Page 70 in the manual you will find HIGH SENSITIVITY setting. This operates in Scene mode and you can get ISO 3200. You cannot use RAW , extended optical zoom or digital zoom in this mode, and flash is fixed OFF. Hope that is helpful Richard
