pop Posted November 6, 2010 Share #2 Â Posted November 6, 2010 Ece - this is just fabulous. After the poetically subtle hues of the rocks in the harshest light imaginable, this bold - nay - stark representation of the soft leave and fleecy cloud. More, please. pauledell Posted November 6, 2010 Share #4 Â Posted November 6, 2010 Ece, Â This is beautiful with the gorgeous colors. This reminds me of when I was a kid. I would lay on the ground and look up at the lovely leaves. Now, I'm so old, I have to just look up at them. If I were to lay down on the ground, I couldn't get up. allamande Posted November 6, 2010 Author Share #5 Â Posted November 6, 2010 Philipp, Stuart, and Paul, Â Thank you! I am happy to know that you liked this. It was a delightful scene; and the full credit belongs with the place, honestly, for offering such variety of beauty from sheer cliffs to delicate leaves -the full spectrum. Â Paul, I agree with you; I think the leaves (and snowflakes too!) look magical when backlighted. My husband often says he can't look up anymore because if he does, he gets a crick in his neck. clinchico Posted November 6, 2010 Share #6 Â Posted November 6, 2010 Ece Stunning alright, what I really like is the contrast of the tree stem and branches towards the colour of the leaves and sky. Herb
allamande Posted November 7, 2010 Author Share #7 Â Posted November 7, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Herb, Â Thank you! Glad you liked this. It was a cloudy day and I was getting discouraged that I wouldn't get the colors down without good sunlight. Then....the sun came out! Â Ece
