earleygallery Posted November 5, 2010 Share #1 Posted November 5, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm planning to shoot some veteran cars on sunday using correct period Kodak box cameras which run on 120 film. I thought I had some rolls of Ilford in the freezer but must have used them all up. Damn, I don't have any spare time this weekend to go to the shops in town.... There is a very small Jessops branch on a retail park near my office......I know, almost certainly a wasted trip, but as I was passing at lunchtime I popped in. Not only did the guy on the counter know what 120 black and white film was, and the difference between C41 and traditional B&W, he had a selection in stock! Delta, XP2, FP4 and a roll of TriX. I was amazed. Now, when this sale of 120 film shows up on the reports at head office I wonder what they'll make of it? Will they put more stock in that store?! Well done Jessops, never thought I'd say that!

Xmas Posted November 5, 2010 Share #2 Posted November 5, 2010 Hi I've run out on a Sunday in Brum and the large Jessops had lots of 5x packs of Tri-x. I was amazed. Noel
